Central Coast Community Energy is soliciting proposals from a qualified organization(s), hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR(S),” to provide technical solutions and services to support CCCE’s Financial & Billing Data Platform. CCCE is addressing two key strategic initiatives with this RFP: (1) Develop a new cloud-based financial and billing data warehouse that includes all data provided by the IOUs, across channels. The solution should include automated updates, automated reports, customizable dashboards, tools for customer financial analysis, connectivity with end-user platforms such as Tableau, and the ability to incorporate broader customer data over time. (2) Develop a feasibility analysis, cost/benefit study, and granular roadmap for CCCE to bring Data Manager functions in-house.
