Please note: You will automatically receive your Net Surplus Compensation as a credit on your energy bill. If you are a current 3CE customer, you can request your Net Surplus Compensation as a check if you are above the thresholds ($200 for residential customers and $500 for commercial customers). If you are no longer a 3CE customer, you may request Net Surplus Compensation as a check. There is no minimum threshold. If you request a Net Surplus Compensation check for multiple accounts, you must fill out a separate form for each account.
