As a public agency, all 3CE Board & Committee Meetings are open to the public and 3CE encourages participation from our business and residential communities. 3CE Board & Committee Meetings are compliant with the Brown Act and time for public comment is provided for all agenda items. Unless noted otherwise, all Board & Committee meetings are held in the 3CE offices at 70 Garden Court, Suite 300, Monterey, CA 93940. Meeting agendas are posted 72 hours in advance and the minutes from past meetings are archived.
